About us
The Arbeiterbildungszentrum e.V. (ABZ) was founded in 1986 and from this time it is organizing comprehensive educational and cultural programs in the interest of the people. For this education the ABZ in Germany has its own two houses with seminar rooms, which offer excellent opportunities for festivities and celebrations, leisure and recreation, seminars and training courses and group tours.
The international profile of the ABZ leads guests from many countries of the world into our houses. Many friendships and international connections have been yet created. In 2008, for example, our houses sheltered an international miners seminar with miners from 14 countries.
Close realtionships have been developed to Nepal. This is an important basis for the launching of a joint worker- and people-education-house in Nepal, which could start in 2010.
